This happened to my blog, The banner of which site I was using was not loading and made my blog look like this. because the banner image was hosted on their servers. Now someone noticed an Email me about it and also suggested me to host these banner images on my own servers so that they appear on my blog even if the website of the product or server is not loading or has a server problem.

At first, it really got me thinking, but later I realized that what is the use of it. even if the banner appears on my website, people will be landing on the product page after clicking on the banner, and if the server is not working then he will land nowhere. So, it is good that the ads don’t appear on the website.

I think you should keep a track of banners on the blog, if these types of errors are repetitive then you should contact them and update them about the problem.
