For PR3, you need 3 Links from PR4 Blogs or 555 links from PR1 Blog.

I am not asking you to buy these PR4 links, but be aware of the market and be active, participate and interact with other bloggers.

Sitting in your room and writing the whole day wont help you. Until someone recognizes you.
